How to book online

Please enter the type of vehicle and dates you require. A full list of vehicle groups will then appear, each with one of two options:

Request - This means that bookings are tight for this vehicle group; proceed with the reservation and we will then contact you to confirm availability.

Book Now - If book now is displayed, the requested vehicle is available and can be reserved online.

Overseas Hire

To amend the price to take the vehicle overseas, select 'foreign travel charges' in the extras section of the booking.

Long Term Hire

Please call to discuss special rates for long term hires.

DVLA DRIVER CODE - You will need your DVLA driver code to hire. Just provide your driver number, national insurance number & postcode to access your driver information, then click on "share your information" to generate your code.

Basic Terms & Conditions of Hire.

Driving Licence - You must produce a full valid driving licence which you have held for a minimum of two years at the time of rental. Overseas visitors must produce a licence which is valid in their own country and, where appropriate a international driving permit. Certain endorsements are accepted at the company’s discretion.

Identification - Two forms of identification will be required at the time of rental. i.e. passport, present utility bill, bank statement etc and your DVLA code above.

Age – Customers must be aged between 22 – 74 years. For VANS, the age limited is 22-74 years. Non UK licence holders must be over 25 years old. ALL drivers must have held a full licence for a minimum of 2 years.

Insurance – All our vehicles are fully comprehensively insured. (excluding goods in transit) Hirers are responsible for the first £1000 of any damage incurred.

Additional Insurance – Goods in transit insurance can be arranged. POA.

Deposits – The estimated cost of rental and insurance is payable at the commencement of hire, together with £100 security deposit which will be refunded on the termination of hire subject to terms and conditions of vehicle return.

Advanced Reservations – No deposit is required to confirm a reservation, however, a contactable email address is needed for communications.

Payment – All hire charges and deposits must be made by either debit or credit card. Hire charges may be paid in cash but a debit or credit card is required for deposit.For full terms of hire, please click here.
